Our first delivery area is Singapore. This is a pre-launch summary; final fees, dispatch timing and carrier details will be shown before payment is enabled.
Delivery area
The first release is planned for valid Singapore residential and commercial addresses. International shipping, forwarding services and restricted locations are not included in the first release.
Fees and timing
Final shipping fees, free-shipping thresholds, order processing time and estimated delivery windows are still being confirmed. The checkout will show the full amount before a customer pays.
Address changes and delays
Customers should contact us as soon as possible with their order number. Address changes cannot be promised after packing begins. Delivery estimates are not guarantees, and material delays will be communicated through the available contact details.
Damage or missing items
Customers should keep the packaging and contact support with the order number, a description and clear photographs. The final resolution process will be published before launch.
